Students who pursue a B.S.B.A. in Human Resource Management (HRM) program are equipped to tackle the demands of a specialized job in human resources or general management. The curriculum of this program, which is associated with the National Society for Human Resources Management, showcases cutting-edge approaches to human resources. The knowledge and abilities required for students to succeed in this rapidly evolving sector are imparted. The primary functional domains of HRM, including hiring, selection, pay and benefits, training, safety and health, and labor relations, are covered in the HRM major. Labor relations, remuneration, training, people management, selection, and labor legislation are among the six basic HRM courses that must be completed. Students can customize their curriculum by selecting two HRSM elective courses in addition to the six mandatory HRM courses.  In addition, the department coordinates several internships with local employers.
